  1. James

Great picture story book for kids!

  2. horrendezvous

We love this book and have gifted it too. It’s great for those little (big!) people struggling with big (massive!) emotions.

  3. kaystar147

Wonderful book with a beautiful message
I got this for my kids because I love the message. It teaches regulating emotions in a way kids can understand and they are engaged the whole time because of the pictures of superheroes.

  4. R Larson

Great for validating emotional reactions & focusing on healthy reactions.
My 6 yo loves this book and we’ve read it many times. It demonstrates that anyone can have the heavy emotions and feel like losing control, and at the same time we can choose to let our feelings out in ways that don’t hurt, we can use self-control with behavior, and we can do good things to feel better. Positive coping! My son finds the characters and illustrations very alluring and likes to look at the pictures and talk about them. He has big feelings and often assumes the unpleasant ones are bad rather than normal. So it’s just such a great, teaching, entertaining book. It’s perfect. I think it’d be great for kids 4 and up.

  5. MC

    Fun book
This book is as advertised, there are some fun characters and the moral of the story – which is, it’s okay to have bad days, but channel your frustration in a positive way, is positive. However, given the way the story is expressed with fun superheroes, I thought they could add a bit more humour. Nice book nonetheless.

  6. NL

    Great message for little minds
Love the message of this book, especially for my 4 year old who is trying to navigate how to express emotions such as anger or feeling upset. The book and illustrations hold his attention.

  7. jenn

    Very cute
Good to teach that’s it’s ok to have a bad day and how to act when you do.

  8. Jelessa V. Navarro

Amazing content and a fun read!
My 2 year old LOVES this book. She finishes every sentence and asks for it all the time. I love that it’s teaching how to acknowledge and control emotions and I buy it as a gift for every single one of my friends that have kids.

  9. Moriah

    Great message
This book has a great lesson. Bought one for my 6 year old and one for his teachers class room. There are some big words but it still gets the point across.

  10. Linda F

    Love it!
Got this for my 3 year old as we are learning to work through our emotions. Cute book!
